The most valuable card in this ultra-tough thirty card candy issue is presented here for the sophisticated collector. The authentic grade is from the cards blank back, normally where the set checklist and manufacturers stamp would be located. The blank back indicates this card might be a test card (using the most popular player in the set), or was part of an early production sheet, where the reverse did not go through printing process. The rare fielding image finds the "Georgia Peach" rising against a field of deep orange, a ball locked in his gloved left hand. The card is reasonably well centered, with deep, rich colors and perfect registration. The front surface is clean, the reverse is pure white without a mark of any kind. The card grades VG-EX with even, moderate wear on three corners, while the upper right corner is EX.
