This PSA NM 7 example of the "Scooter" has four NM-MT corners, but is slightly centered towards the left coast. The usual cream colored borders surround an appealing lime green background. Has all the hallmark's of a NM-MT card, except for the 70/30 centering.Only five examples have been graded by PSA higher than this example.
