Here’s an interesting group of Dodger players from the 1970 Topps release, all graded MINT 9 by PSA. Perfect for dealer breakup, the beginnings of a starter set, or just an avid Dodgers aficionado, this montage features many low-pop commons, many of which are the highest graded or have perhaps one or two higher-graded examples, with HOFer Don Sutton thrown in for good measure. Often overlooked in terms of condition sensitivity, the 1970 issue can be just as difficult to track down in high-grade as its black-bordered successor, as the full-bleed gray borders are also highly prone to chipping.
