Graded MINT 9 by PSA. The offered Billy Loes example from the extremely popular 1956 Topps issue falls within the top 2.5% of all similar submissions to PSA with none graded higher. This card offers excellent focus and detail along with a solid MINT perimeter and a lustrous application of original factory gloss. The reverse is clean and extremely well-struck.
