Here’s a splendid exemplar of Bill Skowron’s 1963 Topps pasteboard, graded MINT 9 by PSA. The colors and details of the surface image are brought to life by a generous serving of original factory gloss, with very minimal evidence of wear among the full-bleed color namebox. There are no higher graded examples on record at PSA.
