One of the first true two sport stars, Jackie Jensen was the first person to play in the Rose Bowl and participate in the MLB World Series. He also pitched his California baseball team to the first ever College World Series title, beating both Bobby Layne's Texas squad and former President George H.W. Bush's Yale team. Jensen was a spectacular power hitting baseball player who won the 1958 AL MVP award. This card is also spectacular, with four MINT corners, great color and a clean image. The subtle original Topps edge cuts further authenticate this stunning example. One of 10 copies graded PSA MINT 9 (out of 480 submitted) with none higher!
