1940 Gum, Inc. Superman cards are among the coolest non-sports cards in the hobby, if you ask me. The artwork is highly colorful and detailed, and they’re just really fun to look at! The presented “Horror Beneath the Sea” example is among the very best known in the world, graded NM/MT 8 by PSA. This is 1 of just 10 in the grade with none higher. A small blemish in the lower portion of the right border, when viewed horizontally, is the only readily noticeable flaw.
