The Transogram cards appeared on the backs of boxes containing toy statues of Major League ballplayers, and were designed to be cut from the packaging. The presented Hank Aaron example shows a nicely-centered image with strong color and detail, and would certainly be deserving of a higher grade had the black dotted line been infringed upon at the top. This is one of just two in the grade with none higher.
