This is a very presentable example of the Ruthian inclusion in the Topps Scoop set, which depicted historic events in artistic renditions on the fronts and newpaper-style descriptive text on the reverses. This example, graded EX/MT 6 by PSA, shows a brilliantly colored image, centered adequately for the grade, amid clean, spot-free borders.
