Offered is the one and only example of Elston Howard’s 1947-66 Exhibits card to be graded 98 GEM 10 by SGC. The first African-American player on the Yankees’ roster, Elston was also the first black player to win the AL MVP award. As you might suspect, the presented card exhibits no discernable flaws in any category, boasting slicer-sharp corners, unhandled edges and a thoroughly MINT surface. Even the reverse is clean and 100% blemish-free. Absolutely breathtaking!
