What appears to be some chipping and handling along the top and bottom borders of this ’66 Topps Jack Kemp card, when viewed horizontally, is more likely a couple of slight rough cuts that don’t hinder the grading process. The culprit in preventing a higher grade for this example is more than likely the lower left corner, which shows some wear and a few stray fibers. The central image, however, is clean and well-focused, making for excellent visual appeal.
