Before Babe Ruth was even born, future Hall of Famer Rhoderick John "Bobby" Wallace was breaking into the major leagues as a pitcher for the Cleveland Spiders. And like "The Babe", Wallace was converted into an everyday player and retired after a 25-year career as one of the best turn-of-the-century players in the game. Inked in old-fashioned fountain pen, this 3x5 index card is graded PSA 8 NM/MT and presents a tremendous sample of Wallace's superior penmanship, with the inscription, "Thank you Judy. Sorry have no pictures. Best Wishes, R.J. Bob Wallace." Wallace passed away 50 years ago and his autographs are difficult to find, especially containing as much content as this!
