Simply spectacular! The one and only PSA MINT 9 extant. You know the feeling you get when you meet the "right one?" The tingling feeling when you witness the beauty, the butterflies when you know a meeting is imminent? Well, that is the case with this second year Parkhurst card of Gordie Howe. This sharpness of the four corners are beyond comparison, representing GEM MINT status. The four pin point needles representing the corners feed down along the unimprovable smooth edges. A super smooth surface is uninterrupted by any unobtrusive print, with great pastel green color. The reverse is as exceptional as the front: perfectly centered and free from any defects. In 1998 in a vote for the 100 greatest hockey players, Gordie Howe (Mr.Hockey) was voted #3 all-time (behind Wayne Gretzky and Bobby Orr) and the top winger. This card is as exceptional as Mr. Hockey himself, the best of the best, with tremendous eye appeal. Not only is this the only PSA MINT 9 card, but it looks very much like a GEM MINT card.
