Graded EX/MT 6 by PSA. The featured Standard Caramel E93 pasteboard is currently bested on the PSA "Pop Reports" by a mere 3 copies. A close inspection of the offered cardboard relic will instantly cause the enthusiasts heart to skip a beat for the opined grade of EX/MT 6 in no way is a true test to the overall aesthetics and beauty of this astonishing card. Four utterly high end NM/MT corners stand at regal full mast with nary a discernible flaw to any of the distinct points. Bright and bold stark white borders astutely frame a wonderfully lily yellow background that interestingly shows the famed hurler in a batting motion. The surface packs a supremely focused image of the man named Denton True Young and later just shortened to "Cy" for his pitching likeness to the ferocity of a cyclone. A further assessment of the card looking for the technical glitch which caused the graders at PSA to downgrade the card to the EX/MT opinion reveals nothing and leaves even us scratching our heads. The reverse is well imaged with only two exceptionally small tone marks at the left side of the back, nothing that would have contributed to the final grade. A stunning and all together mesmerizing card offered in EX/MT condition on the assessment of PSA with the appearance of a much higher grade!
