Graced by very accurate centering and four NM/MT to NM/MT+ corners, this is certainly one of the nicest '56 Topps Mantle PSA 8's you will ever come across and unquestionably PSA Set Registry worthy. Not only is the perimeter exceptionally sharp for the given grade, but the entire surface is extremely high-caliber. Mick's portrait is impressively registered, with excellent color and contrast and no traces of print whatsoever. The famed but typically crude in-action shot to the left is even more remarkable, as "The Mick" takes on a few fans that are attempting to vex his home run stealing catch. In short, a high-end PSA 8 NM/MT specimen of one of the Mick's most celebrated issues.
