Fresh off a 42 home run, 136 run batted in performance for the 1955 World Champion Brooklyn Dodgers, "The Duke of Flatbush" inserted his name with Mays and Mantle as yet another legendary New York centerfielder. Presented in mind-boggling PSA 9 MINT condition, this 1956 Topps Duke Snider gray back specimen is just a hair away from GEM MINT status, a feat managed only once out of almost 1,500 PSA submissions. Perched majestically with a brilliant white, carefully measured frame is a finely registered portrait of the Duke, accompanied by an action shot of Snider recording another of his 407 career round trippers. The attention to detail is astounding with three of the four square corners push the barrier of GEM MINT classification. The gray back is equally flawless save one trivial white print dot. If you only consider acquiring the best of the best, start bidding!
