One of the most PSA submitted issues from the 1953 Bowman Color set, over 800 copies of this card have entered the halls of PSA with a mere 12 specimens reaching a tier higher than this PSA 8 NM/MT beauty. A card that seemingly epitomized what was the dominance of the Yankee dynasty, teammates Hank Bauer, Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle are flash frozen during a lighter moment inside the dugout of Yankee Stadium. The image is bright and blemish-free while each of the four corners appears at the very upper end of the NM/MT grade. The surface appears polished by a heaping dose of stunning gloss, while the reverse is well printed and void of any disturbances. An era defining card offered in first-rate condition!
