At age 57, Minnie Minoso became the oldest position player ever to appear in a major league game when he stepped to the plate for the White Sox in 1980. While age had caught up with the once fleet-footed star, the offered '53 Bowman Color card of Minoso, graded PSA 8 NM/MT, shows little sign of its 57 years. A perfectly centered image and grade appropriate corners highlight this high-grade specimen, surpassed by just 7 others at PSA.
