With no GEM MINT specimens in existence, this '56 Topps issue of Charlie Neal stands at the top of its class at PSA 9 MINT. The most impressive attributes of this stellar card are the MINT to GEM MINT corners and the smooth, uniform white borders, all of which frame Neal's image to perfection. This card truly pushes, but just falls short, of GEM MINT status ... according to PSA.
