One of just 4 to reach the PSA 9 MINT plateau with but a single GEM MINT specimen in existence, this 1956 Topps card of long-time Pittsburgh outfielder Bob Skinner features a perfectly centered image, exploding with vivacious color that is amplified by a factory-fresh, clear-coat gloss. Corner wear is minimal with two of the points approaching GEM MINT status. If PSA issued half-point grades between MINT and GEM MINT, this would be a likely candidate!
