An extremely difficult acquisition in high grade, the 1953 Bowman Color Toby Atwell issue has had just 21 specimens reach the PSA 8 NM/MT plateau with none graded higher. With two NM/MT and two NM/MT+ corners accompanying NM/MT+ edges to showcase a well-centered, highly-registered plane, this specimen is decidedly high-end and a potential candidate to break past the PSA 8 barrier, upon review.
