Here's another 1952 Topps mid-series scarcity that we just know will make headlines when the long last night of bidding is over, one of the finest dozen PSA-graded examples of Eddie Miksis in existence. Ranking as the first and still only example in its relatively advanced class, only 11 have ever graded higher, all in the NM/MT 8 category, and we're pretty sure that a good number of those few 8's probably couldn't hold a candle to this truly sensational new addition to the hobby, uncommonly clean and well-centered enough to bring smiles to even the most advanced '52 Topps collectors. Indeed, all '52 Topps fans should rejoice to know that such a good-looking and borderline immaculate Miskis actually exists! In our honest opinion, we see no reason it shouldn't grade NM/MT 8 and take its rightful place as one of the top few copies in the hobby, if not the very best of them all!
