Surpassed by just 3 higher-graded examples from nearly 400 submissions to PSA, this near perfectly centered 1952 Topps example of Gus Niarhos boasts predominantly MINT qualities and looks utterly awkward in its PSA 8 holder until we finally see what appears to be a lightly impressed and spider-web thin horizontal roller line about a third of the way up the obverse when viewed in the landscape orientation. A seeming MINT 9 blazer for the price of a PSA 8!
