Willie Jones from the 1952 Topps set is a rare encounter in top grades in any variety, Red or Black Back, but the Black has unquestionably proven to be the toughest, with just one example available in the MINT 9 class, 11 examples in the NM/MT 8 tier, and one other PSA 7.5 NM+ copy. Brand new to the hobby, this nicely centered specimen looks like a "lock 8" to us, with a NM/MT perimeter around a NM/MT surface that is either too mildly toned around the perimeter or just not sharp enough at the top right corner for the sticklers at PSA. You decide!
