It's a crying shame this phosphorescent example of Bill Blackburn's incredibly colorful 1950 Bowman issue isn't centered a hair or two more to the north, because it certainly exudes that "pop" or "x-factor" common to all GEMS, that is, a combination of MINT to GEM MINT features accompanied by an ultra bold and accurate image registration. A truly spectacular example graded PSA 9 MINT and reporting just 2 like it and none higher on record at PSA. The hobby's best!
