Here's another notoriously challenging 1952 Topps high-number to encounter in anything even remotely close to presentable mid-grade condition. Offered is a PSA 7 NM example of Bob Rossi that would be a shoe-in for significantly higher consideration were it more accurately centered, as the perimeter appears to be in NM/MT or better shape. Incredibly, only four 1952 Topps high-numbers report fewer populations in the NM category than this demanding Joe Rossi, which reports just 2 dozen like it and only 19 higher!
