One of the rarest 1952 Topps high-numbers to encounter in any grade, offered is a PSA 7 NM example of "Milkman Jim" Turner, who made it to the Bigs with Boston and led the AL in ERA as a 33 year-old rookie in 1937 and then served as the pitching coach for two of the most famous dynasties in MLB history: the Yankees (from 1949-59) and the Reds (from 1966-73). NM corners and a NM top edge combine with a NM/MT or better perimeter elsewhere to frame a colorful image of the Tennessee native that noticeably favors the top edge to a NM degree.
