Presented is a complete, high-grade 1963 Fleer baseball set with each and every card, including the short-printed checklist, graded either PSA 8 NM/MT or PSA 7 NM. Long-cherished by collectors as an aesthetically (and even dietetically) pleasing alternative to Topps cards and bubble gum, 1963 Fleer baseball cards were distributed with a cookie instead of chewing gum, and the visual virtues of its simple design and full color photos have maintained its popularity unto this day. Unfortunately, a lawsuit filed by Topps in mid-production prevented Fleer from continuing its first 1963 series and from developing a second--which most likely would've included the likes of Mickey Mantle and Hank Aaron, to name a few--and so total production quantities are rather limited relative to Topps. The end result is one of the hobby's most compact and coveted 1960s era sets, and if you've never owned one, there's simply no time better than the present to fall in love with this perennial favorite. PSA 8 NM/MT (38 cards): #5 Mays, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 Santo, 33, 34 Pinson, 36, 38, 40, 44, 47, 49, 52, 54, 55, 56 Clemente, 57, 58, 59 Mazeroski, 60 Boyer, 61 Gibson, 62, 64 Cepeda, 65.
