The presented example of Pete Rose's 1968 Topps issue has been graded MINT 9 by PSA and vaunts a tremendously rich application of color on both surfaces. A definite candidate for GEM consideration were it not for an unobtrusive print dot on Pete's shoulder just beneath his chin. Sharp MINT to GEM MINT corners and edges encompass an immensely rich obverse that reveals a very subtle centering inclination for the east edge. Importantly, the vibrant yellow-printed stat back shows absolutely no traces of chipping whatsoever along its susceptible perimeter. Unmistakably high-end!
