Up for grabs is the first and still only example of Roy Johnson's infamously challenging 1933 Goudey low-number issue to graded 7.5 NM+ from PSA. Just how tough is this scarce Goudey? Well, only 7 examples have ever graded higher, all in the NM/MT 8 category, and this one looks just about as good as any NM/MT 8 you'll ever come across. NM/MT corners and edges frame two NM/MT to NM/MT+ surfaces that mildly favor the bottom edge.
