These seldom-seen Peel-Offs were issued as inserts in 1963 Topps packs. They are extremely difficult to find in high-grade, as kids normally removed the backs to reveal the adhesive. This Sandy Koufax Peel-Off is a scarce variety without printed instructions and the only one on the PSA pop report graded with a blank back. A one-of-one masterpiece!
