Here's an interesting card for those who follow the sometimes shocking prices generated by PSA's relatively new half-point grading scheme. Brand new to the hobby, offered is the first and only example of Reggie Jackson's infamously condition sensitive 1971 Topps issue to grade NM/MT+ 8.5 by the Newport Beach grading team. NM/MT side edges lead to NM/MT+ to MINT corners and top and bottom edges around a succinctly centered image largely devoid of the excessive print that so commonly plagues the issue. So obstinate is this particular Reggie, in fact, that only 7 have ever graded higher from well over 900 submissions.
