Nearly 300 copies of Sweet Lou's notoriously challenging 1964 Topps Rookie Stars issue have been submitted to PSA for grading, and just the offered copy and a mere 8 competitors like it have ever attained pinnacle MINT 9 status, as none have ever graded higher. Dead centered with a thoroughly MINT perimeter around an unusually clean surface for the issue, which typically shows poor registration as well as an overabundance of print. Very rarely offered in MINT condition!
