The backup to Hall of Fame goalie Jacques Plante for many years, Hodge finally got his chance to shine for Montreal in 1963 and won the Vezina Trophy two out of the next 3 seasons. This 1958 Parkhurst specimen of Hodge shines as well, the only PSA 8.5 NM/MT+ in existence, with just one example graded higher. Perfect centering and life-like registration are bolstered by a snow-white background that stretches out to solid NM/MT+ quality corners. Very close to MINT!
