Long-time Ranger fans will always remember one of their first legendary stars, Hall of Famer Andy Bathgate. Bathgate topped the 20 goal mark 11 times in his career, including 7 consecutive seasons for the Broadway Blueshirts. This 1953 Parkhurst issue, his rookie card, has only 3 graded higher than this elegant PSA 8 NM/MT issue. All four high-quality corners have slight wear but still maintain incredibly sharp angles to the naked eye, appearing superior to the given grade. Centering and registration are excellent and indicative of a vintage issue with such a lofty grade.
