Heisman Trophy winner Gino Torretta will be formally inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame this year for his success with the Miami Hurricanes in the early 1990s. After winning two national titles and the 1992 Heisman, however, he found zero success in the pros, floating as a back-up between several teams before finally appearing in his first and only NFL game in 1996, coming off the bench for the Seahawks late in the final game of the season to throw a 32-yard TD pass to Joey Galloway. The offered game-used Lions road jersey hails from 1994 and shows custom sleeves with proper tagging and mild to moderate traces of use. Signed in bold blue sharpie on reverse nameplate, with "92 Heisman" inscription, and LOAs from Lou Lampson, James Spence, and Mile High Card Co.
