Presented is an exceptionally scarce 1957 Topps uncut sheet of 72 cards that hails as being from the much tougher mid series. Among the cards offered on this alluring sheet is the incomparable pasteboard of Sandy Koufax. The Koufax card itself has always been held in high esteem by hobbyist in general and far to often the demand for this card has greatly outweighed the supply. Thats why when I first encountered the offered uncut sheet I immediately was stunned at the sight of the koufax card in its pre packaged form. As is the case with any uncut sheet and the cards contained within them it really is amazing to see the cards in a form that is far different than the norm. The offered sheet provides seventy-two cards that are full cards with the cards to the left edge being cut right to the border. The condition of the sheet could be best described as VG/EX with several creases running throughout the sheet, the card of Koufax is affected by a crease that runs horizontally through the upper portion of the hat. The sheet also contains the following highlights: Jim Bunning(R), Mauch, White Sox, Senators team, Indians Team, Bobby Richardson (R), Garcia, Zimmer, Shantz, Kubek (R), Carey and Collins. A stunning and highly desirable uncut sheet that will look tremendous framed out.
