Both played 20 seasons in the big leagues and teamed up on the Philadelphia Athletics from 1925-32, help them to back-to-back championships in 1929 and 1930. Of course, we're talking about Hall of Famers Jimmie Foxx and Al Simmons. Extremely difficult signatures on their own as Foxx passed at the age of 59 and Simmons at 54, here's an extremely rare OAL (Bernard) ball that carries the signatures together. The Foxx is moderately faded but completely legible while the Simmons autograph is considerably bolder and extremely impressive given that it's almost a century old. They may not have the star power of a Ruth-Gehrig tandem, but realistically it's a much tougher find for vintage autograph aficionados. Full LOA from JSA.
