Despite being known as an extremely slow runner, Cincinnati's Ernie Lombardi won the batting crown in his 1938 NL MVP season and finished his career with a .306 batting average. Lombardi has signed this 3" x 4 3/4" cut magazine photo down the left side of his uniform, a striking black ink penning that is very clean and sharp. PSA/DNA authenticated.
