Issued in 1991 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the invention of basketball by Dr. James Naismith, the presented First Day Cover is dedicated to the great Bill Russell and bears a strong, blue ball-point signature accompanied by the notation "232/300" just to the left of the stamp. The Boston Celtics Hall of Famer wasn't always fond of giving out autographs, and a nice example such as this should draw plenty of attention from avid autograph hounds.
