Creator of the most popular and influential comic strip in history, Peanuts, Charles M. Schulz brought untold joy and laughter to an adoring public for nearly 50 years. The first daily Peanuts strip was published on October 2, 1950, and the final Sunday edition ran on February 13, 2000. Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus and the rest of the gang have remained in syndicate since the passing of Mr. Schulz on February 12, 2000 and the affection for the strip remains unparallelled to this day. Offered here is a beautiful ONL (White) ball that bears the autograph of Mr. Schulz across the sweet spot. The ball itself has bold stampings and bright red stitching, with some instances of toning that, thankfully, do not impede on the signature itself, which is in blue ball-point and rates about a 6-7 in terms of strength. This impressive piece of American cultural history comes with an LOA from JSA and is highly recommended for any non-sport autograph collector.
