One of the original two-sport stars, Denver Broncos legend John Elway tried his hand at professional baseball as an outfielder in the New York Yankees farm system, batting .318 over 42 games with the Oneonta Yanks of the NY-Penn league. Pictured on this 1982 TCMA pre-rookie card, the 22 year-old Elway had little idea at the time that he would go on to become a multiple-winning Super Bowl quarterback. A card that has a place in every collection.
