A popular stocking-stuffer offered in supermarkets, the "three-pack tray" has survived in much lower numbers than single wax and cello packs of the era. Offered here is a threesome from the 1977 Topps football series, home to, among other significant issues, the Steve Largent and Dave Casper rookie cards. A surprising amount of GEM MINT examples from this set sell in the four-figure range, could some show up here? A small piece of cellophane is torn on the front of this item but the tray remains sealed and intact.
