This is a remarkable assemblage of cardboard homages to the immortal made-for-television rock group, The Monkees. Three distinct sets were issued by the Donruss company: the white-bordered set A, yellow-bordered set B and white-bordered set C. Set A is contained here in it's entirety-all 44 cards ranging in condition from VG-EX to EX-MT with most being approximately EX. 43 out of 44 cards from Set B are contained herein, with only card 8B missing. These cards are a bit nicer, largely EX-MT to NM. The Set C representation is missing cards 12, 21, 27, 36 and 40, and run from VG (2 or 3 cards) to EX-MT, with most being EX or better. Card reverses offer picture puzzle components, biographical information about band members, or tour date information.
