Anyone who tells you that cards from the 1964 Topps set are sub-par in design doesn't have a working knowledge of the simple beauty that the Roberto Clemente issue offers. The light blue team name and deep red nameplate provide a sharp contrast with Clemente's jet black sleeves and bright blue sky in the backdrop.
