Appearing to have missed a few print runs, the offered '60 Fleer Jack Kemp card has been denied a numerical grade due to it's obvious nature as a proof card, but SGC has deemed it Authentic and encapsulated it as such. Technically, the card is in EX/MT to NM condition with a bit of a centering preference for the upper left, and what appears to be a light rough cut along the top edge.
