Before moving to Kansas City and becoming the Chiefs in 1963, the Dallas Texans were the AFL Champions, led by superstar quarterback Len Dawson and 1000-yard rusher Abner Hayes. Presented is a game-used helmet, worn by a member of the Dallas Texans during their three seasons in existence, from 1960-1962. This Marietta manufactured suspension helmet is stamped “6 7/8” on the inside with Riddell ear pads and suspension ropes perfectly intact. Excellent game use is evident. LOA from Mile High Card Co.
