Expert centering, clean borders and MINT corners result in the grade of MINT 9 as determined by PSA, one of just 4 in the grade with none higher on the PSA pop report. With pack-fresh colors and an ample layer of original factory gloss, perhaps the lightest of touches to the upper right prevents the first GEM MINT assessment.
