Another chapter in baseball history was coming to a close as the crosstown rivalry of the Giants and Dodgers was about to become a cross-state rivalry on the west coast with the Dodgers moving to Los Angeles and the Giants to an Francisco to start the 1958 season. This ticket stub is from their final series as New York teams and Johnny Podres tossed a three-hit shutout for a 3-0 Brooklyn win. PSA authenticated.
