This is a PSA 8 example of Ernie Banks' second-year Topps card from 1955 that boasts strong color and excellent centering to go with its four solid NM/MT to NM/MT+ corners. The reverse shows moderate toning, common to the issue, and the card overall can put up a good fight against examples graded a half-point higher. Though playing a position not known for producing power hitters, Banks hit more homers than Hank Aaron, Willie Mays, and Mickey Mantle in each season from 1955 to 1960.
